Window Cleaning:
First off we use only the best window cleaning solution & tools. We
wet and scrub the window thoroughly, then we squeegee the window clean. We wipe
the edges & sills. When we're done you will be amazed at how clean your windows
are. We also offer paint & silicone removal if needed. |

Gutter Cleaning:
We not only clean your gutters from debris's but we also make sure your
downspouts are clear too. sometimes we clean them by hand with our special
cleaning tools, sometimes we use a blower. It depends which is less messy.
When the gutters are all clear, we clean up the grounds, bag them up and
haul the debris off. |

Roof Moss Treatment:
Though it grows like crazy around the pacific northwest, it is treatable.
Our treatments will not only ride your roof of the moss, our maintenance
program can keep it from overtaking your roof ever again.
How we do it: First off, we never pressure wash your roof.
Pressure washing can take the life right out of your roof, not to mention
the possibility of roof damage. We use brushes to agitate the moss growth.
This will remove nearly all the moss. We don't go deep enough to remove all
of it, otherwise we'll be causing the same issues that the pressure washing
would cause. What little moss is left is usually very difficult to see
anyway. Than we blow the loose moss off the roof and clean up as described
in gutter cleaning. Lastly we put a chemical
treatment on the roof that kills any moss that may be left. Chemical
treatments should be reapplied at the first sign of moss, typically ever 2
to 4 years depending on the amount of shade on your roof and the amount of
rain we get.
Maintenance program: once we've done the initial roof moss
treatment, than every 2 to 4 years we'll come out and inspect your roof. At
the first sign of moss, we'll treat it with the chemicals only (no
agitation) saving you a lot of money. |

Siding Wash:
What we do here is remove mold and mildew stains as well as dirt and green
algae. We do this with a mix of bleach and water. We either spray on the
bleach mix or apply it on the siding with a brush. Than we scrub with the
brush as needed and rinse with water. We don't pressure wash the siding. We
just rinse with a hose and water. |

Pressure Washing:
Yes, we do pressure wash. The only thing we pressure wash is wood or
concrete decks, walkways & driveways. pressure washing is great for removing
mold, mildew & green slime. It really brightens things up. It's great for
paint or sealant preparation too. With our powerful pressure washers, the
job will be done before you know it. |

Bird Blocking:
Each situation is different. But if you have bird problems, we can help. All
our bird blocking techniques are safe and sane. We never do anything to harm
birds. |
